This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in South Asian social groups. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has enacted a more stringent set of rules. Any administrator may impose sanctions—such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks—on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on these sanctions. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Notice of Arbitration Enforcement noticeboard discussion

[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a report involving you at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement regarding a possible violation of an Arbitration Committee decision. The thread is Rtr315. Thank you. Chariotrider555 (talk) 15:45, 22 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Moving forward

[edit]

Listen, Rtr315, it's important you review and observe WP:ONUS, WP:RS and that you avoid original research and WP:CIRCULAR referencing. Because such practices are problematic and may end up being a cause for sanctions. Thanks and good luck. El_C 16:17, 22 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Escalated warning

[edit]

Rtr315, I'm going to need a response from you now. Please do not make any additional edits while the matter remains outstanding, as that may be a cause for sanctions. Please re-read what I said above. You're still invoking WP:CIRCULAR — that's a problem. Also, please do not make up policies. Wikipedia already has policies and guidelines. Users do not get to create these on a whim while expect others to follow along. Please, you need to start doing better. Thanks again. El_C 13:30, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

AE block

[edit]
To enforce an arbitration decision and for being unresponsive, while continuing to rely on WP:CIRCULAR referencing, even after multiple warnings, you have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours. You are welcome to edit once the block expires; however, please note that the repetition of similar behavior may result in a longer block or other sanctions.

If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing blocks (specifically this section) before appealing. Place the following on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Please copy my appeal to the [[WP:AE|arbitration enforcement noticeboard]] or [[WP:AN|administrators' noticeboard]]. Your reason here OR place the reason below this template. ~~~~}}. If you intend to appeal on the arbitration enforcement noticeboard I suggest you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template on your talk page so it can be copied over easily. You may also appeal directly to me (by email), before or instead of appealing on your talk page.

Reminder to administrators: In May 2014, ArbCom adopted the following procedure instructing administrators regarding Arbitration Enforcement blocks: "No administrator may modify a sanction placed by another administrator without: (1) the explicit prior affirmative consent of the enforcing administrator; or (2) prior affirmative agreement for the modification at (a) AE or (b) AN or (c) ARCA (see "Important notes" [in the procedure]). Administrators modifying sanctions out of process may at the discretion of the committee be desysopped."

Request reason:

Please copy my appeal to the arbitration enforcement noticeboard or administrators' noticeboard. I was editing a page and as a new comer not very well aware about wiki rules. But one thing i am still sure about is that the information written in this page is false. When in response i tried to edit this page and to add many useful links and texts with a very good formatting. I was given a notice that I am violating rules and i don't know what i was violating. I just want to change the information here. Please I request you to make change in this page because many people trust Wikipedia information and think it as a verification source. But this page Tyagi which is a surname of my community it's creating a lot of problem for my community. In page it was written about Backward Classed Comission in such a way that gives a notion that Tyagi comes under reservation system (a government system in India). Because of this we are facing lot of problem in government works relating to issue of identity cards, ration cards etc. and whenever we went they ask us to bring our reservation certificates by showing this page. Please accept my apology and allow us to edit this page. I am not a regular wiki writer you can check my account. I just want to edit it because it is creating lot of problems in our lives.. Rtr315 (talk) 19:39, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I'm closing this request as the 72 hour block will expire today, so there is little point in starting a discussion. I suggest that you heed the advice given to you. 331dot (talk) 10:29, 27 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Indefinite block

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for disruptive editing, which still pertains to a seemingly impenetrable (WP:IDHT) approach toward WP:CIRCULAR referencing. Major assurances will now be necessary in order to return to editing (i.e. WP:GAB).
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Request reason:

All information added by me is correct and i don't know why my edit is rejected. The earlier information in this page is totally incorrect. I personally belong to Tyagi and can also share my Government ID for verification.Rtr315 (talk) 18:37, 9 March 2021 (UTC)

Decline reason:

None of this is relevant. As you see no problems with your edits, I have to leave the block in place. Yamla (talk) 13:46, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I can verify myself by my government ID. I am Tyagi and this page is related to me. Please don't spread false information on my name. Else I have to take legal actions against you in Indian High Court Rtr315 (talk) 14:49, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
