Senators
[edit]GREAT work with the infoboxes! I know how boring it can be methodically going through and standardizing parts of their pages (note how all the Congress succession boxes read the same - that was me a few months ago), but don't worry, people who love order really notice this stuff. If you feel really ambitious, have a go at some of the ex-Senators :D! Thanks for your work, and hope you enjoy Wikipedia. Harro5 02:09, August 15, 2005 (UTC)
Thanks for the help.
[edit]Implementing my Infobox:Senator idea. It got pretty tedious doing it alone; much appreciated. Shem(talk) 09:36, 16 August 2005 (UTC)
Tremendous work!
[edit]Wow! I'm VERY impressed with the work on the Ron Kind article! Here's your first barnstar!
National Atlas maps
[edit]Hello Rushadthomas. I wanted to point out that I have moved your map of Delaware from the introductory paragraph of the Michael N. Castle article to the "See also" section, along with a link to the article on the district itself. Your map is a nice addition to the article, and frankly looks better than the one on the district's article, but seems to me to fit better in the body of the article than in the intro. Can you figure out a way to replace the existing map on the United States House of Representatives, Delaware At Large article with yours? I mean the actual map, not the link. I know it is public domain. stilltim 11:44, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Rc photo bio.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
- On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Chowbok 22:40, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

Image tagging for Image:Beverly_Perdue.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Beverly_Perdue.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Copyright
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."
You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. Jonathunder 14:41, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
- Please, sir, review the policies linked above before making any more edits. I would hate to have to block you for copyright issues, but these are important. If you have questions, please ask. Jonathunder 21:39, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

Democratic Governors Association Wiki-table
[edit]I was wondering if you would be willing to fully update the wiki-table you added to the Democratic Governors Association back in January, 2006, to reflect the results of the November, 2006 elections. I would do it myself, but I am not well-versed on wiki-table formatting. --TommyBoy 00:21, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Ted Strickland
[edit]The image you have uploaded of Ted Strickland is not a work of the United States government and has been deleted as a copyvio and for lacking adequate information to prove otherwise. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had to post on your talk page about this lack of concern on your part of image copyrights, and I see that others have posted their own warnings above. This, in conjunction with the fact that you have refused to attempt to correct this problem or talk about it, means that this will be your last warning. The next time you upload a copyvio image to Wikipedia, you risk being blocked from editing. --tomf688 (talk - email) 23:45, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
Rushadthomas: please ask for advice about uploading again any image you uploaded before. You can do that here on this page. Please don't just upload it, though, as copyright is taken seriously. Jonathunder 23:58, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Easley Inauguration.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Easley Inauguration.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 20:10, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Rushadthomas! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 3 of the articles that you created are Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to these articles, it would greatly help us with the current 275 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. The file File:Nelson martinez.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
