In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. The reason that I removed those bands was that they were clearly Thrash Metal bands and Alice In Chains is not even close to being Speed Metal. SailingTheSeasOfCheese (talk) 06:00, 26 November 2022 (UTC)

But these groups were with reliable sources. If a reliable source really says that this is a speed metal band, then it is. Alice 'n Chains were with the source from on the page, although I may be wrong. Thanks. Jeez Vaxon (talk) 07:46, 26 November 2022 (UTC)

But reliable sources aren't always reliable. I mean, ask a speed metal fan if Alice 'n Chains are a speed metal band and if Metallica is a Speed Metal band and they will say no. If you ask someone "What genre is Metallica?" they will say "Thrash Metal" not "Speed Metal". SailingTheSeasOfCheese (talk) 18:14, 26 November 2022 (UTC)
