The article Meltdata Business Solutions has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Meltdata Business Solutions, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please actually read and understand the copyright element. Adding and re-adding articles that breach copyright is unproductive. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 14:37, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Meltdata Business Solutions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. This is the final warning that you are receiving regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you use Wikipedia for advertising, as you did with Meltdata Business Solutions, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 14:45, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Criteria for an article

[edit]

Please try to understand the inclusion criteria. Meltdata Business Solutions appears not to be a notable corporation. The article does not assert notability, nor are there any references for its notability. Wikipedia is not a trade directory, it is an encyclopaedia.

If you can assert and verify notability from reliable sources then a valid article can be created. But, as a director of the company, you are not the best placed person to do this. You will always have a conflict of interest. If the company is or becomes notable then someone will write about it some day. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 14:54, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. waggers (talk) 14:57, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
