I have been blocked unfairly by Ymblanter for reasons unknown as it mentions legal threats.I am ready to raise a dispute in wikimedia foundation or wikipedia co editors rather than threaten anyone leagally or specifically.I request you to kindly unblock me

To be clear, are you unequivocally retracting your threat of legal action? While we cannot stop you from pursuing legal action, which is your right to do, you can't edit Wikipedia with threats outstanding. You mention a dispute with the Foundation- the Foundation has little if any involvement in day to day matters on Wikipedia. Do you mean you have a dispute on Wikipedia itself with the information in question? You will need to agree to resolve any dispute with other editors using appropriate talk page discussion and, if that fails, dispute resolution processes. 331dot (talk) 19:15, 24 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
