Hi! What I meant is that the current draft has the identical references as the previous submission [1] which was declined with the note "Make sure you add references that meet these criteria before resubmitting". If you want to investigate sockpupppetry accounts, do it now. If you are confusing about these two accounts, I'll explain to you.

1. This account User:Shalomie's February archive is used only for my talk archive purposes. The account was no longer use, yet it was not a role account. All of my archived talk messages are moved to User:Shonyx/Archive and provided automatically archiving messages by User:Lowercase sigmabot III, operated by User:Σ.

2. This account User:Ms. Frellane is used for backup purposes and it is operated by another person but no longer owns it. The ownership of this account was moved to User:Shonyx (me) and there was a connection between me and the owner of this account. You can contact her in her talk page. The user page has a redirect since after I talked to her and start making a connection to me. This account only used for... like emergency purposes (last resort) and served as a secret account for me and the Wikipedia environment.

Don't be confused within these accounts. The User: Shalomie's February archive was no longer used and I couldn't delete it due to lack of access levels (administrators). The User:Ms. Frellane was only used for backup only but with low quality of edits. The account is not used for vandalism, griefing, and even abuse. I am not talking oneself to my talk page as User:Ms. Frellane. The grammar, spellings and even words are different. Ms. Frellane's capitalization was start at small letter and the "i", etc are completely different. The account is not an sockpupppetry account.

For this safe environment, you cannot confuse where you want to block, neither it's User: Shalomie's February archive nor User:Ms. Frellane who are not sockpuppetry accounts. There are not editing because they are served as no purpose or no movement at all. You cannot falsely block these accounts as sockpupppetry accounts, there no necessary used as an vandalism account. You can block vandalizing user (like their IP addresses) if they are repeat to vandalize in one such article by ridiculously editing and adding gibberish content. This really doesn't make coherent sense. You should contribute to the version of Wikipedia in your native language. Your English-language proficiency is too low. You'll probably have an easier time understand the rules there, too. It sounds like you're sharing accounts with other people, which is against our rules.
