The article Todor Vassilev does not yet indicate why he is significant enough to warrant an encyclopaedia article. I am not deleting the article yet, in order to allow you a chance to add such information. However, if you do not indicate why he is significant very soon then it is likely that the article will be deleted. Simply being a businessman is not enough.
