Speedy deletion nomination of Antonelli college

A tag has been placed on Antonelli college, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. this article was copied from the website, which is not acceptable; it has therefore been deleted as a copyvio. But even if you were to get permission according to WP:DCR, it would need to be totally rewritten. Saying how good it is, and giving vague statements of its goals and ambitions is promotional, not informative. Giving information about the schedule, and exactly how the advisement and placement office work is the sort of material that is not encyclopedic and belongs on their web site. The article also needs references from published third-party sources giving information about the school, not just its own website. If you fundamentally rewrite it, just write a new article, but if it is like the previous one, it will be deleted. DGG ( talk ) 22:26, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not the place to write about yourself

Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Sarah M. Baker. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site.
