March 2016[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Grayfell. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Grayfell (talk) 07:14, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Yes, please stop using that site as a reference. It seems like an unreliable source. You are welcome to join the discussion here if you disagree. In the meantime, please stop. Many thanks for your understanding. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 10:43, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, are you connected to that organization in any way? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 10:44, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

We see many cases where you added a shiksha reference then a good reference right after. Considering WP:AGF, I still think this is more than a coincidence. Please do not add shiksha as a reference or external link any more. We will search Wikipedia to see if any account is adding that site. If it persistently is used at Wikipedia, that site may be blacklisted here. Thank you. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 03:14, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

July 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Ravensfire. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. [1] Ravensfire (talk) 14:56, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Smith zara, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Smith zara|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Your contributions nearly all use shiksha.com as a reference. At a minimum, this appears to be WP:COI editing.
