@Robert McClenon, I don't think that this was gross misuse. I can read French, and it was simply a reasonable introduction. The only imaginable issue is that it's in French and not in English, but that, by itself, is not a strong reason for deletion. I recommend undeleting. Amir E. User:Amire80 - I didn't delete it and cannot undelete it. I tagged it for speedy deletion, and it was deleted by User:Fastily. As the instructions say, you can contact the deleting administrator, or can request undeletion. I didn't say that there was "gross misuse", but U5 is misuse of Wikipedia as a web host, especially by users who have done little or no other editing of Wikipedia, and User:Sounkalo Konaté does not seem to be editing Wikipedia actively. I see that this page was deleted once before, and Sounkalo Konaté then recreated it, or recreated something, in French, rather than discussing why it had been deleted. What is Sounkalo Konaté trying to provide an introduction to? Are they also working on the improvement of Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, or just using its web site? Fougadougou moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Fougadougou, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption.
