A tag has been placed on Brislington Enterprise College, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. LittleOldMe 11:14, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
Priston
[edit]Thanks for your edit to the Priston article, however to include details about an individual resident you need to demonstrate thair notability. I have added some further info on the village. If you have other information to add (with the sources) that would be great & if you need help with formatting etc I'd be more than willing to help.— Rod talk 11:49, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
Brislington Enterprise College
[edit]Can I ask why you deleted the changes to Brislington Enterprise College? No page on wikipedia is "yours" or "mine". They are all a collaborative effort. I made the changes to bring it into line with the Wikipedia:Manual of Style and prevent it from being speedily deleted - which would have happened with the version you had created as it didn't give enough context or set out why it is important. Also we don't sign our edits on main articles (this is in the edit summary) but we do sign comments on thetalk page - which would be the best place to discuss the content of the article. As you said you are new to wikipedia & will need to learn some of the guidelines which are required. It is better to work together and improve on each others edits - rather than just delete them for no reason.— Rod talk 12:51, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
