Stephenville International Airport
[edit]On Wikipedia "public" and "private" for airports does not refer to the owner but if the airport is open to the public. So Stephenville International Airport is open to the public and is a public airport. On the other hand Voisey's Bay Aerodrome is a "private" airport as it is not open to the public. But both are owned by private companies. Compare those with Tanquary Fiord Airport which is owned by Parks Canada but is a private airport.
