March 2023[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm InvadingInvader. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Mission Extreme, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. InvadingInvader (userpage, talk) 06:14, 3 March 2023 (UTC) :Oh shit did the wrong thing. Sorry about that! A thing[edit]

First I need to congratulate you for creating Ora 7 Jon. But you uploaded its poster (File:Ora 7 Jon Poster.png) under public domain. But it isn’t' public domain photo. All film poster are considered as copyrighted material. Public domain means the photo/video is 60 years old (in Bangladesh). So this photo isn’t public domain photo. This is a non-free content. Also I noticed that you uploaded the poster with pink border in its left and right. You could crop it, or find better poster image for uploading. So please keep these in your mind from next time. Mehedi Abedin 07:20, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. Thanks for the help bro SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO (talk) 14:18, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sir, after giving the poster change will my page be in public domain? If not than i could like you to edit my page this time and solve all mistakes to make this page public SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO (talk) 14:37, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed them. First never upload poster in Commons. Commons is for captured photo. And I fixed categories in the article. Mehedi Abedin 08:45, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

thanks bro SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO (talk) 13:50, 8 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO,
Please stop moving this article around to different page titles. It is disruptive. The article is fine on this page although it still needs a lot of work. But it doesn't need to be moved again. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 03:47, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry Mr/Ms Liz. I was new to wikipedia and Ora 7 Jon was made by me. I wanted to create a new articale however mistakenly i clicked on the move button but i have now removed that unwanted redirect. I am saying that i will not do those type of mistakes again. Thanks you for your advice. SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO (talk) 06:31, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Radio (2023 film) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Radio (2023 film), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 13:10, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:47, 14 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia and copyright[edit]

Control copyright icon Hello SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO! Your additions to Memories of Gloomy Monsoons have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Please don't copy and paste plot sections from sources as you did here, and at Black War: Mission Exteme 2 and other articles. You must rewrite it complete, in your own words. Don't just change a couple of words around, that's close paraphrasing. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, please don't do this again. Thank you. May 2023[edit]

Copyright problem icon Your edit to Memories of Gloomy Monsoons has been removed in whole or in part, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. Again, you CANNOT just copy and paste entire paragraphs from sources like you did. That is in fact a copyright violation, and it WILL get you blocked from editing if you continue to do this. You MUST summarize and rewrite, completely in your own words, information from sources. Seriously, don't do this again as the next time will result in a request you be blocked from editing. Wikipedia takes copyright VERY seriously. Ravensfire (talk) 02:59, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

And again at Black War: Mission Exteme 2 [1] where you brazenly copied it from IMDB. Again. NO MORE. You WILL be reported and you WILL be blocked if you do this again. Wikipedia takes this seriously, so even if you don't, you will face the consequences. Don't. Copy. From. Sources. Ravensfire (talk) 03:02, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So should I make my own way of the plot of the movie? Could that work man? SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO (talk) 11:48, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Like I said above, multiple times, you have to write the plot in your own words. Please read the warnings and especially the linked pages in those warning messages. Ravensfire (talk) 13:15, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks SIYAM SADIK SHOCHO (talk) 15:06, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for May 8[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Cinema of Bangladesh, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Daag. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:31, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Golapi (film series)[edit]

Hello, THE SSS,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Greyzxq, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged Golapi (film series) for deletion, because it doesn't appear to contain any encyclopedic content. You may find our guide for writing quality articles to be extremely informative. Also, you may want to consider working on future articles in draft space first, where they cannot be deleted for lacking content.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Greyzxq}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of Agnee(film series)[edit]

Hello THE SSS,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Agnee(film series) for deletion, because it's a redirect that seems implausible or is an unlikely search term.

If you don't want Agnee(film series) to be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

IMDb external links[edit]

Hi. I note that you have been adding external links to IMDb, which is fine. However, you don't seem to be aware that there are specific templates for doing that, namely {{IMDb title}} and {{IMDb name}}. These are to be preferred to the way you have been doing it, for reasons explained at WT:WikiProject Film/Archive 79#Masking imdb links as wikilinks: saving others like me having to clean up afterwards. Regards. Mike Turnbull (talk) 13:54, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the information. From now i will be aware of my mistakes. THE SSS (talk) 06:11, 21 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
