Would you like to comment here? Thanks. Fowler&fowler«Talk» 16:15, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your comments. I've replied on that talk page. Fowler&fowler«Talk» 20:12, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I hope you don't mind but I've moved part of your post and ensuing discussion to the Talk:British Raj#India in World War II page-section. It is more relevant there. Regards, Fowler&fowler«Talk» 20:59, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

[edit]

As a military historian, albeit a beginner, I do find that the accounts of the British Raj burn me up at times. Yet, this was not always so. How the British changed from trade to empire and also Indian attitudes at the time, Archie Barron's 'An Indian Affair - From Raj to Riches' is a good book to read. 1857 Martyrs and Rebellions of Meerut

[edit]

Dear Mr. Knight, I have not addedd gujjar stuff particularly. But you are not aware with the history. The first revolution was started from Meerut. And major caste was Gurjar who revolted with other villagers of saharanpur, Muzzafarnagar, Bulandshahr and Meerut. The Gurjar caste was in majority and had three kingdoms namely, Parikshitgarh, Landhora and Dadri. For your kind information all are entered in Government ghazeteirs and british imperial ghazzete.

Kotwal Dhan singh gurjar was first person who lead the revolution in Meerut. The government of india confirmed it from the collectorates and ghazette. The statue is installed in Meerut.

Please dont delete it as all information with references which i entered in genuine and from recognized sources. Dont talk it as Gujjar stuff. You are trying to revert the truth of history which is hide by users like you.

Do not unnecessarily add stuff based on current events in the lead. Discuss in talk to gain consensus, if necessary. FYI, even Rhea Chakraborty's article do not mention that she is accused of abetment in the lead, despite all the hype and sources. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:54, 4 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Discuss on the Arnab page, not here.TheBlueKnight (talk) 15:59, 4 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the update. I haven't been active for a decade. Must be a lot more trolling now. I don't fancy being a editor anymore. TheBlueKnight (talk) 13:22, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
