Request reason:

I am appealing to be unblocked as I did not intend to violate Wiki's terms for creating an article. I am still relatively new here and trying to write an article on an organisation and it was not used for advertising but more to provide information on the organisation on what it does. I am now aware that I should not use to publish content that seems to be used only for advertising or promotion. I will try provide an unbias contribution to the article to the best of my ability. I do belive I did not intend to purposefully violate the rules as I am new to wiKI. Can you please unblock my account and also advise on the article? You won't be unblocked to write about the Quran Hub. If this is your only goal, this is the end of the line. If instead you wish to write about subject areas for which you have no conflict of interest (WP:COI), tell us what you plan to write about instead. Wikipedia is not a directory, so an organization is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of an organization, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the organization must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources.
