Garland/AG pages

Hi User136596,

I reverted your edits at United States Attorney General and Merrick Garland because Garland has not taken the oath of office yet. Reliable sources indicate that he will likely be sworn in tomorrow, March 11. As such, he's serving in an acting capacity (or really, is the designate, but the AG page's infobox has no parameter allowing us to indicate designate status as opposed to acting).
