Listing a page for deletion one minute after it was created suggests there must be something extremely wrong, stupid and/or against the Wikipedia policy in there. Since I think this is not the case, I would really like to be informed about the reasons for this proposal.--Vitriden (talk) 00:31, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

Hi, the reason I tagged it was there were no sources in the article to verify it, and it doesn't conform to the WP:MOS. You can contest the deletion and improve the article, if you think my actions were unjust. UzEE (TalkContribs) 00:37, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
Have you heard of this tag, by any chance:

That would have shown me you have a will to improve articles here, but what you tried to do is, for me, pure vandalism. Good luck and Happy New Year --Vitriden (talk) 13:41, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

Ok sure, you want me to add that tag or would you do it yourself? I also suggest stubing it until it is ready. And I didnt mean any harm, just tried to help. UzEE (TalkContribs) 23:21, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

Re: Regarding User:DrVonDre

Indeed, he is getting a bit out of hand. I agree with your move for a temp ban. -- RattleMan 12:10, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

CheckUser

As far as I can see, both of you have engaged in disruptive behavior. I've been involved on both sides of this, so I don't feel at liberty to make a judgment in this case. I advocate that you post on WP:AN/I to get the opinion of outside administrators. Thanks, Keilanatalk(recall) 18:23, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, I think I should go ANI. UzEE (TalkContribs) 18:26, 6 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks! I m fine. Well i totally agree with you that we should leave the past behind and concentrate for the sole objective for which we are here. But i don't think we have any dispute. And if you are calling that checkuser case i filed a dispute, then i don't agree with you because that case is already solved, you are already confirmed to be a vandal. And i am of this idea that there should be zero tolerance for any vandal. Well if i misinterpreted your meaning of dispute mentioned in the message to me, then please pardon me and let me know to what dispute you are referring.Thanks Again! and Enjoy Editing! --Sarmad (talk) 13:56, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Well I meant that checkuser case, which was resolved. Yes I don't agree with the results as there are confusions but, it has been there and I am waiting for the admin actions, and I would agree to them no matter what they are. After that issue, I would say that there should be no problems. UzEE (TalkContribs) 14:12, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
Well! what are the confusions? Can you tell me any while assuming Good Faith? --Sarmad (talk) 14:17, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
About those IPs. They are shared IPs so I always had this conflict with the checkuser system. UzEE (TalkContribs) 14:19, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
So you are still saying that those IPs are of university and not of your home? --Sarmad (talk) 14:27, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
I would prefer not to comment on that anymore. UzEE (TalkContribs) 14:31, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
Ok! as you wish. But i still recommend you to Assume Good Faith regarding this post. --Sarmad (talk) 14:40, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
Yes of course, I always adhere to WP:AGF. UzEE (TalkContribs) 15:01, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Revert tag edit

You reverted my edit of the merge tag in List of Earthlings in Dragon Ball I did this because one of the articles has already been merged should I edit it again or is there a rule somewhere saying I shouldn't touch the tag till all the articles have been resolved? --Sin Harvest (talk) 03:28, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi, your edit was reverted in good faith. There is no policy but it would be better to leave it there until all the merging has been resolved. Just in case we decide to do an Undo. UzEE (TalkContribs) 19:36, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article User:XubayrMA/Userboxes/User Musharraf, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you. SMS Talk 13:00, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

I think you got it wrong. I put up Template:User Musharraf per T1 not User:XubayrMA/Userboxes/User Musharraf. I requested a deletion or a move (also called userfying) of the template. The later was granted. And while you are here, I would like to say I know WP:COI and WP:NPOV. What you should do is checkup WP:UBX to see what a userbox should contain. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Bahria University. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. I am sorry but I think I am missing the edit where I removed content without giving explaination. UzEE (TalkContribs) 19:34, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Bahria University, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Bahria University. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. SMS Talk 20:25, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Bahria University. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. SMS Talk 20:41, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Response for deletion

1. The album was produced by Steve Butler of Smash Palace fame.

2. The song is quite popular in Haddon Township and some surrounding areas due to its display in the MarsRed Music Store. thanks --Jeffhardywhyx (talk) 01:35, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello, if you think that the article is notable, then you can contest the Afd here. UzEE (TalkContribs) 01:39, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
