It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Graphic Era Hill University, without citing a reliable source using an inline citation that clearly supports the material. The burden is on the person wishing to keep in the material to meet these requirements, as a necessary (but not always sufficient) condition. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 10:59, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, Vikaskumar601. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Graphic Era Hill University, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 11:01, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Graphic Era Hill University. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - Arjayay (talk) 11:03, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The content that you're repeatedly adding (and being asked to stop doing) appears to be copied and pasted from an external URL. You cannot copy and paste content from external sources like that per Wikipedia's copyright policies. You have not checked the copyright of the content or the publisher that you copied from, nor did you cite or acknowledge the external reference here at all. Continuing to copy and paste from external sources like that will result in your account being blocked. Please do not continue adding content to articles in this manner. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 11:08, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"the content cannot be modified"; I think you misunderstand Wikipedia. See WP:OWN and WP:COPYRIGHT. Yamla (talk) 12:16, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, we see that. Please, do not create more than one unblock request at a time. You can, of course, add your comments bellow without the "unblock" template. Vanjagenije (talk) 22:48, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

May i know how long will i be blocked as there are some important changes needs to be made on Wikipedia page about the university

i have been waiting too long to be unblocked but i not getting any response since i am blocked indefinitely i am unable to edit or update necessary changes to the university page on Wikipedia kindly unblock me as soon as possible since the violation of copyright was unintentional and bonafide.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Vikaskumar601 (talkcontribs)

Vikaskumar601, this request has been active a while and I assume many administrators have read it. My concern is that you are an employee of an entity who is unable to recognize their conflict of interest and intends to immediately resume aggressive editing of an article that they should ethically not touch with a ten foot pole. From your responses, I don't think you've read our policies at all; you're just saying what you think we want to hear so you can resume problematic editing. I'd be willing to talk to the blocking administrator if you can state you will avoid the articles you have a conflict with altogether, and contribute to the project in other ways - you'll need to pledge this and provide some indication that you've actually read the policies and guidelines linked above. Kuru (talk) 12:31, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, strike all that. In further reviewing the article, I can see you've socked to avoid this block. Nevermind. Kuru (talk) 12:34, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
