[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Chia seed, you may be blocked from editing. Drmies (talk) 16:42, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for your message. I was not aware that this wiki article was closely monitored. Nothing is mentioned about the possible or likely health benefits of chia seeds... it is generally believed to be a superfood.
- We're an encyclopedia--we don't do "it is generally believed". It's also generally believed that "Ring a Ring o' Roses" is some sort of leftover song from the plague epidemics in the Middle Ages. Zefr pointed you to WP:MEDRS. I see your post on the talk page (please sign your posts), and that's a start--but what you cited in this edit, "lifehack.org" and "healthline.com", those are not acceptable. Thank you. - Individual foods do not confer specific health benefits or anti-disease effects. The nutrients supplied in a mixed-food diet support health (see Human nutrition). The term superfood exists only in the marketing world to persuade gullible consumers to part with their money - perspective here. Zefr (talk) 17:27, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
