Hello Related to User: Woas Moji / sandbox / Barbod Masoumi (Bitbod) This article has been matched and posted with all standard parameters, and unfortunately the only problem is that another account (WOASCLUB) that was blocked a few days ago due to IP and spam problems. Was blocked. I have a question What can I do to fix this problem and get this post approved for publication? What is the main problem and what is the solution?

First, Barbod Masoumi is not a notable person (as Wikipedia defines notability). The sandbox drafts you have created multiple times, with multiple accounts, can not be accepted as a Wikipedia article. You simply have to accept the fact that like the vast majority of people, Masoumi is not notable.

Second, when your account User:Woasclub was blocked, it meant that you, the person who used the account, was blocked. When you are blocked, you are not allowed to create new accounts. The only way you could be allowed to edit Wikipedia again would be if you posted a block appeal on the talk page of your original account – and you would need to guarantee that you would not try to create any new articles about Masoumi or his company.
