Thank you for pointing out the potential risk of COI. I don't know this person and this topic was selected by my students as a group project. Yesterday I was trying to move the article and edit but realized that the article required major revision so I withdrew to the Draft status and worked on the content later. Hello, Ytlin77,

Only recently created articles should be moved to Draft space. "Recently created" generally means that the article was created 3-6 months ago. This article is amost 6 years old so it should not have been moved to Draft space. Please abide by Wikipedia guidelines in the future.
