Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. TEDickey (talk) 23:59, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. TEDickey (talk) 00:00, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
This is your last warning; the next time you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. TEDickey (talk) 00:02, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

I added material on the sections and it can not be regarded as spam! Enable users to find desired information can not be regarded as spam! To do this, and want freedom of information!!!YuriyMikhaylovskiy (talk) 00:29, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You are adding many links to the same web site- that meets Wikipedia's definition of spamming. You may not use Wikipedia to promote your web site. You do not have any legal right to 'freedom of information' which would require Wikipedia to allow you to use the encyclopedia in that way. You don't express any interest in volunteering to work on Wikipedia while avoiding linking to your own web site, so there are no grounds for unblock here. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

As far as I can tell, every one of your contributiosn has been links to SourceForge pages with you listed as project administrator. This is not, and will not be, acceptable. --jpgordon::==( o ) 15:01, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

Unblock my login for editing JMCAD YuriyMikhaylovskiy (talk) 14:22, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Kuru (talk) 14:27, 17 March 2012 (UTC)

Despite repeated requests, you have made no attempt to tell us what editing you plan to do. You have, in effect, simply repeatedly said that there are things that are wrong that you will put right, without any attempt to clarify what you think is wrong, or what changes you intend to make. - I am willing to consider unblocking you, but I am concerned about two points. Firstly, I can find no evidence that "SEARCH OF THE GLOBAL OPTIMUM FOR PROBLEMS OF OPTIMUM DESIGN OF SYSTEMS OR DEFINITIONS OF OPTIMUM LAWS OF MANAGEMENT" is a notable topic. In fact, as far as I can see, the topic exists only at http://mdop.sourceforge.net/Introduction_about_us.html. This encourages me to wonder if your purpose, despite what you say, is still to promote your own web pages and hence your own software. Secondly, you say that you would like to "correct and supplement information" in various articles, but you give no indication of what sort of supplementation and updating you plan to do. I view of the fact that, as I have indicated, there seems to be reason to fear that you intend to continue to use Wikipedia for promotion, I would be more happy about assessing your unblock request if you could give a few examples of the kind of supplementation and updating that you have in mind. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:50, 18 March 2012 (UTC)
- For articles http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JMCAD, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finite_element_method, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impact_Finite_Element_Program ... add a card and update the content. If you are satisfied that the old information out there and let them remain.
- Unfortunately, "update the content" makes it no clearer what changes you intend to make than "correct and supplement information", and I have no idea what you mean by "add a card". JamesBWatson (talk) 18:18, 18 March 2012 (UTC)
- You have to "wikipedia.org" a lot of incorrect information in all the papers! 90% of the information wrong! Do you want to fix it yourself? In those links I sent, too, need to fix more than 50% of the text ... How do you explain to me yet?? I have no desire to do it, after talking with you! Suppose that the information remains without patches. If you block the expert the articles will be written by incompetent people ... and soon your project will be no interest because of false information ...
- James, are you still considering unblocking? I'm considering removing talk page access... Drmies (talk) 23:32, 19 March 2012 (UTC)
