[edit]Hi Ywetapap888! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Milan several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Milan, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. If you checked the Encyclopedia Britanica citation at https://www.britannica.com/place/Milan-Italy, you would see that this statement is backed by a citation. In this regard, please see the WP:VNT essay that states in a nutshell Editors may not add content solely because they believe it is true, nor delete content they believe to be untrue, unless they have verified beforehand with a reliable source.

- Hi Peaceray, I understand everything you wrote, and I do agree with several of your arguments, however, I believe it is unnecessary to cite Napoleon as the person responsible for the modernization of Milan, since many other factors contributed to this happening, such as the Risorgimento (quoted in the Britannica itself), in addition to the fact that the top of the page is intended to contain only a brief summary of the city's history, and to explain the factors of the city's modernization it would be wrong to only write about Napoleon. That's why I chose to believe that the page as it was for several months would be the best option.Ywetapap888 (talk) 03:41, 22 July 2022 (UTC)
SPI
[edit]I think you can edit that page yourself, I don't think all SPI pages are semi'd, and the page has already been created. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 12:41, 22 July 2022 (UTC)
