Welch Allyn, Inc. was founded in 1915 and is an American manufacturer of medical diagnosis devices and patient monitoring systems. Headquartered in Skaneateles Falls, New York, it was family-owned until it was acquired in 2015 by Hill-Rom.[1][2]

As of 2015 most of its business was in the US, but it also sold in France, Germany, and the UK.[2]
