Flag of the Uzbek SSR[edit]

Hello. I am working on an article about the Flag of the Uzbek SSR. I found this flag. There are the rows of inscription. I can read the second one (Уз.С.С.Р), but I can't read the first and third one. Can someone type the inscriptions?
And is the first inscription on the flag is the same on this flag?
Last one. Please fill the blanks (denoted by []), based on the part of this constitution.

112. Государственный герб Узбекской Советской Социалистической Республики состоит из изображения на белом фоне в золотых лучах солнца серебряных урака (местного серпа) и молота, помещенных крест-накрест рукоятками вниз и окруженных венцом — справа из колосьев пшеницы и слева — из ветки хлопчатника с цветами и раскрытыми коробочками такового. Венец перевит лентами красного (алого) цвета с надписью на них:

а) внизу на скреплении венца (по-узбекски) [.ئوز.ئـ.شـ.جـ‎]
б) слева (на ветке хлопчатника — по-русски) — «УзССР»,
в) справа (на колосьях пшеницы — по-таджикски) [.جـ.شـ.ا.اوز‎]

Вверху между концами колосьев пшеницы и ветки хлопчатника красная (алая) пятиконечная звезда с золотой каймой. Весь герб окружен надписью:

а) справа (по-узбекски) [!بۇتۇن دۇنيا پروليتارلارى ، برلەشيڭز ]
б) слева (по-таджикски) [!هه پرولیتارهتی دۇنیا یکشوید ]
в) внизу (по-русски) — «Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь!».

113. Государственный флаг Узбекской Советской Социалистической Республики состоит из полотнища красного (алого) цвета, в левом yглу коего у древка наверху помещены золотые буквы:

а) сверху по (узбекски)-[.ئوز.ئـ.شـ.جـ‎]
6) снизу (по русски)- "УзССР".

So, first of all http://vexillographia.ru/uzbekstn/images/uz3.gif is incorrect according to the UzSSR constitution. The constitution states that the abbreviation in Tajik should be "Ja. Sha. A. Uz", whereas in the image it appears like "Ja.Sha.A.A.Waw.Waw.". --Soman (talk) 18:01, 21 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hindi translation[edit]

Hello, could you convert the following message to Hindi?

If you write undeletion requests at WP:REFUND, we cannot help you, as administrators here cannot undelete pages at the Hindi Wikipedia. Please write an undeletion request at _____ instead.

If you can do the translation, please replace the underscores with the best hi: page, of course; neither WP:REFUND nor WP:DRV has a Hindi babel link, and the babel link for WP:AN is a page with very little activity, so I'm not sure what to recommend.

Context — see WP:REFUND#बिक्रम मालती. Someone's made three separate undeletion requests, each of which has attracted the same response ("there's no such page here, so we can't help you"), so it would be helpful to have a Hindi message to leave on the user's en:wp talk page. I tried and failed to find an active Hindi speaker ("hindophone"?) here, and all the active anglophones I found at hi:wp are monolingual people who created userpages basically to say "I speak English but not Hindi". PS, if you can find a request-undeletion page at hi:wp, could you leave it at my talk page or here? c:Commons:Undeletion requests has a Hindi babel link, but it goes to a nonexistent page, hi:विकिपीडिया:विलोपन पुनर्विचार, so that needs to be repaired.
