Then there are the following High Stubs :

• Techniques - Basting, Brining, Frying, Ladle (spoon), Purée, Rice (cooking), Simmering
• Misc - Finger food, Gourmand, Maître d', Seasoning, Silver service
• Produce - Aspic, Dried vine fruit, White rice
• Food - Aji (food), Embutido/Enchido, Quenelle, Roulade, Tart, Vinaigrette (food)
• Cuisines - Asian cuisine, Cuisine of Kuwait

In regards to the magnitude of this project:

• Currently there are 10,189 Food and drink articles that have been classified as stubs.
• There 17 sub categories in this grouping, with some sub-categories having their own sub-sub-categories.
• There are approximately just over 10,000 Food and drink related articles that meet stub classification.
