Additional tips[edit]
Here are some extra tips to help you get around in Wikipedia:
- If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills the Sandbox is for you.
- You can sign your name using three tildes (~). If you use four, you can add a datestamp too.
- You may want to add yourself to the new user log.
- If you ever think a page or image should be deleted, please list it at the votes for deletion page. There is also a votes for undeletion page if you want to retrieve something that you think should not have been deleted.
- If you're still entirely confused, or would like to get a better grasp of your wikipedia skills, and you have an IRC client (or don't mind getting one), check out the Bootcamp. It's not what it sounds like, but it is fun and can help you with your editing skills.

Proposed deletion of Buckpool Golf Club[edit]
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Buckpool Golf Club, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- No indication the course is used as part of any major tour or any other indication of notability.

Thanks for uploading Image:Buckpool_Harbour.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

North Church[edit]
Hello Phil, Buckie is on my watch list cos I've a lot of Buckie blood coursing through my veins. So saw an IP making an edit and thought i'd check in case it was more vandalism but it wasn't. I didn't noticed that I had changed the on to in but that's probably because that's the way I look at these situations. The way that comes most natural to me is that a building is in a geographical area and on a geographical feature. I would say: the House of Commons is in Westminster not the House of Commons is on Westminster, so by the same reasoning I would say: the House of Commons is situated on the north bank of the Thames.
