Procurri Corporation Limited
Procurri Corporation Limited ("Procurri" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is a global independent provider of IT lifecycle services and data centre equipment. Incorporated in 2013 followed by an IPO on the Singapore Exchange in 2016[1], the company offers three core services complementary to its channel partners' value chain: Independent Maintenance Services for new, out-of-warranty or end-of-life enterprise equipment; IT Asset Disposition for retiring or legacy enterprise equipment; and Hardware Resale for sourcing new resale, pre-owned, hard-to-find or end-of-life enterprise hardware. As part of its channel-focused strategy, it counts Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hewlett-Packard Inc., IBM, Cisco, Dell EMC, Lenovo, Oracle, NetApp and Blancco amongst its list of partners and customers.
Headquartered in Singapore, Procurri employs more than 400 employees across its 14 offices worldwide, with an extensive operations and services coverage spanning more than 100 countries.
History
Procurri was founded to help global enterprises on their cloud adoption and to assist global enterprises in their digital transformation.
It was incorporated on 15 March 2013 as "ASVIDA Corporation Pte. Ltd." and subsequently renamed "Procurri Corporation Pte. Ltd." on 14 August 2013. On 29 June 2016, it converted into a public company and changed its name to "Procurri Corporation Limited". It was successfully listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange on 20 July 2016.[1][2]
Procurri exponentially grew its business in the last five years through a series of strategic acquisitions and organic ventures.[2] In a bid to integrate the various acquired entities to reap greater synergies across the Group, it rebranded its UK, Malaysia and Singapore entities to Procurri UK, Procurri Malaysia and Procurri Singapore, respectively, and launched its global brand "Procurri" worldwide in January 2016.[3]
In January 2018, Procurri embarked on an internal reorganisation to consolidate and rebrand its operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") region to a single entity, Procurri Europe Limited ("Procurri Europe").[4]
