The European route E91 or E91 is a European route running from Toprakkale in Turkey to the border of Syria (nearby Yayladağı).

The European route E91 is a Class A North-South connection road and connects the Turkish city of Toprakkale with the border of Syria which makes it at a length of 170 kilometer. The route has been recorded by UNECE as follows:[1] Toprakkale - Iskenderun - Topboğazı - Antakya - Yayladağı - Syria.
