Hockenden is a small hamlet in the London Borough of Bromley, located next to the boundary with Kent between Swanley and St Mary Cray.[1] Nearby is Hockenden Wood, the home of the Naturist Foundation.[2]

The closest bus links to Hockenden, are from Birchwood Corner in Swanley with the TFL route 233 running services to Eltham via Sidcup and to Swanley Town Centre. The closest railway stations are Swanley and St Mary Cray.
