Jasin is a town and the seat of Jasin District in the Malaysian state of Malacca. It is governed by Jasin Municipal Council (Template:Lang-ms), which was formerly known as Jasin District Council (Template:Lang-ms) from 1 July 1978 until 1 January 2007 and the Jasin Rural District Council (Template:Lang-ms) from 23 August 1957 until 1 July 1978.[1]

Tourist attractions

Agricultural Museum Opened to public in October 1990, the museum displays the historical activities and the economy of the local Jasin people in the fields of agriculture.[2][3][4] Its building was originally the first post office in Jasin Town.[5][6][7]
Jasin Square A town square which features facilities such as reflection place, playground, stage, rest hut and extreme sport area.[8][9]

Transportation

The Jasin Sentral bus station is located within the town.[10]
