This list includes Swiss supercentenarians (people from Switzerland who have attained the age of at least 110 years) whose lifespans have been verified by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). There has been one verified supercentenarian from Switzerland.[1] The oldest person ever to have been born in Switzerland was Emma Duvoisin, (July 5th, 1886-September 30th, 1997) who died in 1997, at age 111 years, 87 days.[2] The oldest person to die in Switzerland was Rosa Rein, (although born in Poland) who died in 2010, at age 112 years, 327 days.[3] As of 13 July 2014, the GRG has identified no verified living supercentenarians in Switzerland, but the oldest living person in Switzerland is Alice Roffler-Waldmeier, age 110 years, 90 days.
