Mohammed Iqbal Khan (Urdu: محمد اقبال خان آفریدی) is a Pakistani politician who has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018. Muhammad iqbal khan belongs to Afridi tribe Malik Din Khel he started his politics in 1990 during his student life and joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in 1996. Muhammad Iqbal khan contest his first general election for national assembly in 2013 on Pti ticket but due to massive raging he got 3579 votes and Nasir khan became MNA on 4135 votes. He was struggling continuously for the IDPs during operations due to his great efforts the people of District khyber support him and become MNA in 2018 general election. He hold office as parliamentary secretary for ministry of saffron since 19 June 2019 to 9 April 2022.

Political career

He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Constituency NA-44 (Tribal Area-V) in 2018 Pakistani general election.[1] He received 12,537 votes and defeated Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi.[2]
