The Management runs a children's school, Matriculation School, Higher Secondary School & a Computer Centre with Internet facility which is open to the public also especially for the college students who can learn the latest courses and the employed peoples. Various university correspondence courses are also conducted here, University of Madras conducts various exams here, The Annamalai University conducts besides various exams seminar classes also. The Madurai Kamaraj University Seminar classes of various courses and exams are conducted here. The post Graduate Computer Application course of the Madurai University is conducted in the Perks Computer Center.

Founder

Founder.Rama Ranganathan.

Rama Ranganathan, founder of Perks Institutions, A Lok Shree awardee, he is credited with having brought Davis Cup tournament to Coimbatore as early as 1975. Besides he constructed the first Pyramid in India. Passed away on Nov 10, 2009, He was 83 and is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.

Pyramid

The Perks campus is known for the pyramid that was constructed in 12 by the founder and correspondent Lokshree. Sri Rama Ranganathan has published books on Pyramid.

Perks school is noted for its sporting tradition and success. The Perks Tennis Academy is situated on the campus.
