There was another "Church of Saint Menas"[edit]

in Constantinople/İstanbul (near Topkapı Palace). The Temple of Zeus (in Byzantium) turned into "The Church of Saint Menas". Böri (talk) 09:20, 7 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In Constantinople it was almost impossible to find only one church dedicated to a saint. Read Janin ("La Geographie") to get an overview of all the churches existing in the City during the byzantine Age. Alex2006 (talk) 13:36, 10 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
