LDS[edit]

Stoneman is in a LDS category, but nothing in the article supports this. Either the article needs to be changed or the category link deleted. Thanks Hmains 03:47, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

I'll update it later today. He was in the Mormon Battalion, which is bypassed in the sketchy antebellum section. Thanks for noting. Hal Jespersen 14:33, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

Asessment[edit]

Long article, with pictures, requires more references Ikokki 22:57, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

II Corps?[edit]

After the Peninsula, Stoneman was an infantry commander, commanding a division in the II Corps - but: in command of 1st Division, 3d Corps, Sep. 10 to Nov. 15, 1862? (muhranoff, ru-wiki --89.178.225.107 (talk) 15:39, 15 October 2013 (UTC))

It says II Corps and III Corps, which is correct. D1/II was July 17 through August 15, D1/III was September 13 through October 30, 1862. Hal Jespersen (talk) 16:25, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
