Architect Confusion[edit]

James R. Bowes is not the original architect of St Mary's, the History section needs extensive revision and enlargement. The very source used to cite Bowes lists him as not being born until 4 years after the church's initial construction.

Need to do more research to find the original architect. Following the research trail of citation 2, it is revealed that John Conelly completed the design work that Bowes began for the renovation of the St Mary's spire from 1 tower to its current 3 towers.
