All games listed?
[edit]I could swear I played a Wilie Coyote/Roadrunner game on the power pad, I can't tell you much because I rented it from blockbuster back when you only got to keep it like one night. Karisuestokes (talk) 05:48, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

Video Game Screen Shots
All Games listed now
[edit]I just went through and listed all the games released for the Power Pad, although not all of them have articles about them, I still hope that they will eventually have a full article written about each, and that this will be a quick reference list rather then someone moving all the game articles to one page. For Screen Shots and box art I suggest anyone who has the item take a picture of the cartridge or box and submit it as Cover art, but keep it under 100kb and in JPEG format. For a screen and for a screen shot I suggest if you wish to add one go to Video Game Museum and, or contribute the game screen shot there before posting it on Wikipedia, and then fill in the game info as below remembering to put the double { before and after this on the Licensing section of image upload, and to fill in the Article name, and lastly deleting the asterisk;
Non-free use rationale
- |Article=
- |Description=Screen Shot

- |Portion=Full image
- |Low_resolution=low quality image not suitable for pirating or copying of their work.
- |Purpose=show game in progress
- |Replaceability=none other available
- |other_information=Image is used according to their policy;
Can I use your images on my website?
Yes, you can use the images, as long as you give credit to the website where you found them.
This will keep Wikipedia free from user uploaded Emulation pics that many people would seem to feel that Wikipedia was supporting Emulation. I feel that if we have screen shots here we should get them from another source and add them here with a reference to where they came from outside of Wikipedia, rather then making our own screen shots using emulation or whatever and them being posted by the Wikipedia users. I think this will help us out as well as Video Game Museum as long as we only use one or two of the images and try to make sure its not reproducing all of their images, so people can still go there to find more images of the game or box art, ect. It will hopefully keep Wikipedia lawyers from getting a headache, and still enable people to see and share information without illegal emulation ROMS being considered something that was used here for and encouraged by Wikipedia. Merger proposal
[edit]- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section.
The result was merge all mentioned articles into Power Pad. (no discussion) MuZemike (talk) 20:01, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
I propose that we merge Athletic World, Dance Aerobics, Street Cop, Super Team Games, and World Class Track Meet into this article. All five of these articles are stubs, all but one demonstrate any sort of notability, and the short descriptions provided in this article closely mirror the content in the five said articles.
An alternative could also be to merge all five articles, as well as the six other Power Pad games without an article, into a separate new article such as List of Power Pad games.
Nonetheless, I feel that the separate articles lack the general notability and context to have their own articles, and they should be merged in one way or another. Please discuss here. MuZemike (talk) 23:15, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
Who Cares?
[edit]Never heard of this. Have heard of a mobile device charging device called a power pad that allows many battery operated devices (pdas, cell phones, etc.) to be recharged by simply placing them on the pad - probably an infinitely more useful technology to have an article about than some obscure gaming console...Jmdeur (talk) 23:10, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
Techincal Aspects
[edit]On "Brand" items such as the Power Pad are we able to post anything regarding it's physical compisition? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.255.233.97 (talk) 16:33, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
