Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Some of your recent edits have been considered unhelpful or unconstructive and have been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

Please familiarize yourself with the above policy before editing Brookfield East High School. You are currently in violation of the policy which does not allow more than 3 reverts in a 24 hour period. Your edits to BEHS are not currently constructive, but as a student there, you could become a prolific and helpful editor. Cheers, PaddyM 18:39, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nonsense[edit]

Please refrain from adding nonsense and non-verifiable information to Wikipedia. It undermines both the entire project and the page that you continue to vandalize. Cheers, PaddyM 00:46, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Spot market. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Stephen Kirrage talk - contribs 16:15, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

April 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Plaxico Burress, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you.--Cube lurker (talk) 20:19, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to the page Plaxico Burress. Such edits constitute vandalism and are reverted. Please do not continue to make unconstructive edits to pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Tiderolls 20:29, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

June 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to the page Project Natal has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. December 2009[edit]

Your recent edit to the page Oscar Wilde appears to have added incorrect information and has been reverted or removed. All information in this encyclopedia must be verifiable in a reliable, published source. If you believe the information that you added was correct, please cite the references or sources or before making the changes, discuss them on the article's talk page. Please use the sandbox for any other tests that you wish to make. Do take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

August 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Francis Levy has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.youtube.com/user/philoctetesctr. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 20:34, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

European sovereign debt crisis of 2010–present[edit]

I've undone the deletions you made to this page, because you didn't give any reason for making such large changes. If you think that these edits are required, could you explain on the article's talk page? Thanks - Pointillist (talk) 14:47, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

May 2011[edit]

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Catherine the Great, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. July 2011[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Scritti Politti, you may be blocked from editing.

Derek R Bullamore (talk) 15:23, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

12.20.4.100 (talk) please stop entering false info about Scritti Politti. die hard fans of the group know that the album and song, 'a perfect way', was released in 1984, not 1985. if you continue to disrupt the page, you may be blocked from editing.

Dante (Devil May Cry)[edit]

September 2011[edit]

Your recent edits seem to have the appearance of edit warring after a review of the reverts you have made on PIGS (economics). Users are expected to collaborate and discuss with others and avoid editing disruptively.

Please be particularly aware, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Toddst1 (talk) 15:35, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

This is your last warning. The next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did at Flight airspeed record, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Toddst1 (talk) 15:44, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

This is your last warning. The next time you make personal attacks on other people, as you did in this edit summary, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on fellow editors. Toddst1 (talk) 15:50, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, 12.20.4.100. You have new messages at Talk:PIGS_(economics)#WHY_ARE_YOU_DELETING_MY_INFO.3F.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring, as you did at PIGS (economics). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Toddst1 (talk) 15:24, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

YOURE MAKING A MISTAKE IN BLOCKING ME[edit]

Can you SERIOUSLY tell me why i'm blocked from posting a reference thats a credible one on the article? Are you jealous of Duran Duran or John Taylor? Seriously, your actions come across like youre jealous of the band, the bassist of the band, or both. Ive provided the link to the refernce and therefoer there shouldn't be ANY reason why you should prevent the reference from showing. If you have issues with Duran Duran, then you must refrain from deleting info on the article. Such action can be construed as vandalism.

And as for the edits made in the PIGGS article, ALL my erferences have been credible. So know youre facts first before you accuse people of things you know NOTHING about. ~~ 12.20.4.100 (talk)

Have you even read the notes above? Toddst1 (talk) 18:01, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Agree with Toddst1. In particular, your PIGS additions are not sourced properly (we do not cite Wikipedia as a source) and you are adding unsourced interpretations of data. Simply adding disputed material back in without talking to others on the talkpage is disruptive. VsevolodKrolikov (talk) 21:17, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Regarding the PIGGS article, what you said makes no sense. I've seen direct citations from wiki on other wiki pages. This link provides info on citing wiki on wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citing_Wikipedia#Citation_to_Wikipedia. So what are you talking about? My reference comes DIRECTLY from the graph ON THE SAME ARTICLE.. DUHHHHH!! I truly do believe that youre not allowing my edits on the PIGGS article because of some american-supremist agenda. And thats not right.
And as for the reference on DANTE (DEVIL MAY CRY), it comes from a credible source. But again, I believe that you have deep personal/jealousy issues with it. I saw another link that supports this reference. When I find it and post it on the article, you had goddamn better not delete it!

12.20.4.100 (talk)

I guessed you missed all the disclaimers in the WP:Citing Wikipedia article about it being instructions to cite Wikipedia outside of Wikipedia, and that Wikipedia itself is not a reliable source in Wikipedia (ie WP:CIRCULAR). --Saddhiyama (talk) 15:40, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I edit Wikipedia too, under the username DVdm. I noticed that one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Talk:PIGS (economics) with this edit, appeared to be unconstructive, and I’ve reverted it. In the future, please use the sandbox for testing and be sure to provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Please feel free to ask me questions about editing Wikipedia (or anything else) on my talk page. DVdm (talk) 14:03, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I think that was just a cock-up on the part of IP 12.20... I don't think it merited a warning.VsevolodKrolikov (talk) 14:14, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I got to say 2 things. One, the graph that I referenced the PIIGS article on comes from the SAME ARTICLE. Secondly, I and MANY others have noticed many times of intentional bias from wiki editors who suppport pro-american views on wiki. And when someone edits an article about something that's not in line with american cultural supremacy, that person is blocked or banned. I'm not the only person voicing this concern. Many others have complained about this. The is a serious issue that must be addressed. And I think it may be a good idea to bring litigation over this issue. 12.20.4.100 (talk)

Personal attacks[edit]

Please do not attack other editors, as you did on Talk:Dante (Devil May Cry). If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Referring to this and this. - DVdm (talk) 13:53, 27 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not defend bias editors like the one in Talk:Dante (Devil May Cry). If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.12.20.4.100 (talk)

December 2012[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Patient portal. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Kilopi (talk) 17:20, 7 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. This is the final warning that you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. The next time you insert advertising or a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. --Hu12 (talk) 20:48, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
