October 2011[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Civics, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Civics was changed by 205.232.106.254 (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.990693 on 2011-10-22T22:35:55+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 22:35, 22 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

January 2012[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding or significantly changing content without citing a reliable source, as you did with this edit to List of street food, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. waywardhorizons (talk) 18:18, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

May 2014[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Rus' Khaganate, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Iryna Harpy (talk) 00:08, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Kingdom of Scotland. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Mutt Lunker (talk) 22:31, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kingdom of Scotland. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Mutt Lunker (talk) 23:25, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

August 2014[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at Kingdom of Scotland. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. Mutt Lunker (talk) 23:32, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
You very clearly and persistently are warring and have not made a single attempt to engage in the discussion on the article talk page, despite at least four editors having reverted your repeated edits over the course of the last few weeks, three of whom have also engaged on the talk page. Self-revert, make your case on the talk page or otherwise you are likely to get yourself in trouble. Mutt Lunker (talk) 23:46, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm BeywheelzLetItRip. I noticed that in this edit to Cuevas, Mississippi, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — B. L. I. R. 02:36, 4 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
