Thanks for uploading Image:Grindhouse promo.jpg. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

RESPONSE[edit]
I'm going to assume that you are making an honest mistake; else this would be arguing for the sake of arguing. Just because someone throws on the colors black and yellow, that doesnt mean that he or she is a latin king. The picture was an obvious joke; if you follow the link's origin you would find other pictures of women dressing as men and portraying something or someone that they are not. This is not a femminist debate either; Latin Kings do allow female members, they are called Latin Queens,..but I highly doubt that they traditionally color fake mustaches on thier face in order to look like the guys. And finally, the three point crown hand symbol involves the thumb, pointer and pinky fingers being positioned in an upward fashion -- minimal research can verify this; it does not involve the thumb, pointer and middle fingers being positioned in a downward fashion.
Let's be honest, you found this picture to be humorous and so thought it would be funny to make that image very public by placing it in Wikipedia. I get the joke. Nevertheless, Wikipedia is not meant to humor you at the expense of others who look to Wikipedia for reliable information. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Introduction to contentious topics[edit]
You have recently been editing gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them which has been designated a contentious topic. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics.
