Hi there, my name's Peter Coombe and I'm a Wikimedia Community Fellow working on a project to improve Wikipedia's help system. Panasonic and industry classifications from Forbes

I thought that you had stopped this tedious and disruptive behaviour but obviously not. Edit warring to change industry classifications to rigidly conform with the Forbes list is unacceptable. It is a single source and is frequently wrong. Panasonic is a clear case in point, consumer electronics are a small proportion of the company's activities and sales (read their annual report: [1]) and a large number of reliable third-party sources can be found which describe Panasonic as an electronics company rather than a "consumer electronics" company e.g. [2].

Home appliances, semiconductors, medical equipment, air conditioners, solar panels, lighting, factory automation equipment and electronic components are not consumer electronics. Describing the company overall in the first sentence of the article as a 'consumer electronics' company is misleading and incorrect and edit warring to impose the change is simply beyond the pale.

You have been engaging in a similarly tedious and incorrect effort at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where you have been repeatedly adding that the company produces Heavy equipment, when it does not make construction equipment. Once again you have been inflexibly attempting to impose classifications from the Forbes list.

The Forbes list is a single source, often wrong, and holds no special status within WP.Rangoon11 (talk) 17:06, 18 June 2012 (UTC)

Well if you think Panasonic is an Electronics company then keep it. But I personally believe that Panasonic is a consumer electronics company rather than electronics.--(talk→ Kkm010 ←track) 04:30, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Indian-express.png)

Thanks for uploading File:Indian-express.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Hallo Kkm010,

I reverted twice your edits in the lead section of the article about Fermi. As I adviced you in the previous revert, if you want to change it, please use first the Talk page. In particular, don't change his origin without discussing, since there was a long querelle about it. Thanks, Alex2006 (talk) 15:30, 6 July 2012 (UTC)

Looking at your talk page,I think that you did not realize yet that Wikipedia is a collaborative project. I signaled you to an administrator. Please stop modifying the lead of Enrico Fermi without consensus, otherwise you can be blocked. Alex2006 (talk) 06:37, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

Boson

Your recent editing history at Boson shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.--♥ Kkm010 ♥ ♪ Talk ♪ ߷ ♀ Contribs ♀ 13:31, 6 July 2012 (UTC)

Aristotle's page

Hi,Sorry to bother you - I don't know if it was yourself or one of the other editors, though I suspect it was a man -

there is a line on Aristotle's page referring to his wife, who 'bore Him a daughter' - I think this is just an unnecessarily sexist (is it a religious phrase?) way of saying she gave birth to a daughter. She was not a machine....unless she was raped I assume she had a child for reasons including the fact SHE wanted one.....I assume she didn't just open up. The phrase is no longer in use, I believe?
