The Manual of Style for Philippines-related articles MOS:PH, clearly states: Filipina is used when referring to women, both as an adjective and as an adjectival noun. New Zealand / New Zealander

The correct adjective for someone from New Zealand is New Zealand, not New Zealander (which is a noun only). So it is correct to say that Lorraine Downes is a New Zealand beauty queen, and incorrect to say that she is a New Zealander beauty queen. Please stop changing to the incorrect form. The subject is an American; in addition, beauty queen is the correct title for the main winner in the Miss Israel competition.
