Yingshang County (simplified Chinese: 颍上县; traditional Chinese: 潁上縣; pinyin: Yĭngshàng Xiàn) is a county under the jurisdiction of Fuyang City, Anhui Province, People's Republic of China. The Huai River, which frequently floods, forms the county's southern border.
