The cited source does not (and did not as of the access time in the citation, according to the Wayback machine) ever mention the nickname, and the only references to such a name seem to be when it was voted in for use on licence plates in 1989. This was quickly overturned and therefore never used. If this is significant enough to warrant inclusion, then The Wildflower State should also be included, as it was also voted in then overturned in 1985. undo
