My only issue with Skype is that if you use it a lot, then it gets EXPENSIVE! :( I had to use it on my Uncle's account when he was in Russia and his cell phone died (Of course he forgot his cell phone charger!) and the amount of cash it cost on his account was a lot more than I thought it would be. I love studying the Billboard Hot 100! A hobby of mine, actually. "Halo" has been inching its way up the charts for a long time, so I'm not surprised it's in the top ten now. I personally believe this is the week that Jamie Foxx's new song finally beats "Boom Boom Pow" as the number one single. And yeah, "Poker Face" is now moving back down the chart. Sorry. :( It was number two for a long time, then it was number one for a week, and was stuck at number two for a long time again. I remember when "Just Dance" moved like a snail into the number one spot! It seemed like every week that it was in the top ten it moved up one spot. And then it was number one for a long time! I know. Actually Halo is much much better than Diva. It will appeal to all formats. I know Blame It is burning up the R&B chart but I still didn't hear it! Poker Face was at the wrong place in wrong time. Thank god it atleast made number 1. Now Gaga's third single LoveGame is also inching up the charts. I also remember Just Dance took zillion years to reach the top. This week if BBP's digital sales drop then there's a chance for Jamie as its airplay has reached peak of 124 million. You haven't heard it yet? Go on Youtube ASAP! :) Yeah, "LoveGame" charted and then dissappeared, now it's back on the chart. Katy Perry's new single debuted pretty high, as well. Waking Up in Vegas will probably be her next top ten hit. I hope BBP loses its top spot, I hate when songs stay number one forever, like "Right Round" and "Low" did. Think about TI's songs which spent so much time at number 1(Whatever You Like & Live Your Life)!! Good news. I've converted the file to .ogg, now all I need is to download a program that can edit audio files. I tryed one called OGG Cutter but I had no luck getting it to function properly. Are you aware of any good ones? • вяαdcяochat 09:21, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Nopes. Try Audio splitter. Or do one thing. In your PC, use Windoews movie maker to cut the song first and then convert to OGG. LoveGame is still not ready because its missing a music structure section. That can only be added when the sheet music comes out (which hasn't). Also the article is still not stable since the song is still climbing the charts and hasnot reached its peak. Thats why I waited so much and then only pushed JD and PF for GA. I think after the Bio and LoveGame, Paparazzi will be a good candidate as well as the Fame Ball tour article. What do you think? --Legolas ^(talk2me) 12:26, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Agreed. PF has the potential of Feat. status--however it is still sitting at peaks in some countries. The Tour page once it is finished (the tour that is) should go to the GA. Anyway the articles are coming along well, just a matter a time I guess. P.S. Yea that's great. LoveGame in NZ is good, but of course the whole video and disco stick (meaning is being widely discussed (btw I have the vid. on my i pod and watch it everyday). People are liking it esp. the beat and lyrics. Charts are doing well at 12, I can see it been another top 10 hit maybe even at peak ( she is coming in like 2 dyas-I would have bought tickets but she is an supporting act for PCD-who only have like 2 good songs, I am not paying 140 NZD to see them and Gaga sing 6 songs). In NZ music channels did not ban it like in AUS. (well one channel) but that's what Aussies are like (no offense to them-but there has always been this feud about them-you could describe it like India and Pakistan or Zimbabwe and South Africa (I was born there). BTW the demo song is not Rihanna and Gaga, on the 13th I checked google news and said it was them but the next day Kanye said it was not - I did not have timw (I am downloading music and Lady Gaga's (under Stefani in 2006 when it was recoreded) Red and Blue album. Wow. Thats great. Even I didn't think that the demo was Rihanna or Gaga thought sounded like them. LoveGame definitely has a chance of peaking the ARIA charts but RIANZ I don't know. It did gained in airplay last week but has the Cd single been released there? Even I have Gaga's whole album collection, videos on my ipod. I even went to her Fame Ball tour. I was hoping something like that. The video was completed days ago and is now in post-production. According to Gaga daily this video is gonna be massive and extra fashionista. I have all the unreleased songs of Gaga including Future Love. I already saw the making of LoveGame in a gaga fansite. Its amazing! Well at Canada it remained at #4 this week (Damn that Boom Boom Pow). I hope all goes well for this weeks ARIA charts. Renaming a file

There used to be an option for sysops to rename files, but it's been disabled for some reason. The only way is to reupload the file under the new name and mark the old one for deletion with {{db-author}}. Stifle (talk) 08:19, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

La Isla Bonita

Hi Legolas, its been a while since we chat, just to tell you that i found the allmusic review for the song, it was really weird they put it in the review of the Immaculate Collection [1] but not in the True Blue review, and I also found that the single was certified in Germany (I believe is gold), you can see it in the german certification page, I think it could be included in the chart performance, because almost none of her singles are certified there, so it must have been very successfull. Ohh and congratulations on your new GAs, so what are you planning to do next, the Lady Gaga articles for her singles looks great, but its probably to soon to consider a nomination since they are still charting. Hi Legolas, I see that you are having some problems with "Poker Face", the references apparently contradict each other, but if you have a physical copy of the album, you can use the booklet or the liner notes as a reference, take for example "What You Waiting For?" reference 11. Songs written by Gaga

Hi! I don't want to start a fight, I come in sign of peace lol. I just want to suggest the removal in "Other appearances" of the songs written by Gaga, and not sung by her. Or at least make two tables.

I don't think that "Fashion" or "Christmas Tree", songs that have been sung and PUBLISHED by Lady Gaga should be in the same table as the ones she wrote for other artists. I know you want to keep them all together, but the other way would be clearer and tidier.

I think the best way would be to put a table with songs SUNG by her, and then underneath a list with songs only WRITTEN by her.

I will keep you informed of LoveGame's position on the iTunes store as I check it on a regular basis. I read PF talk. I am still not entirely sure which one of you is correct. DailyStar is a good reliable source, but then again the official Gaga site lists the lyrics with only "She's got me like nobody" being repeated. I also listened to the track closely and I can't hear "He's got me like nobody" being said, but then again, we can not use original research as a claiment. I know the user can be speaking the truth but there wasn't any WP:RS to support it.(ladygaga.com fails for RS) Instead of finding it, the user blatantly deleted content. That's vandalism, something which I really don't have any tolerance for. The issue have been addressed, coz I was able to find a way to incorporate the lyrics from the booklet. I read one news report about the show and it did say that she was a bigger hit than PCD. Wow, I can't believe she then played the rest of her songs from the album. She does two concerts in my area, one on Friday (tommorow night), and one on Saturday night. I am so bummed that I didn't get tickets! I am like a massive fan of hers! I never knew that there were DJ's before her show. I listen to a lot of dance music but then again I love pop music just as much. That is probably why I like Lady Gaga so much. Yeah. The ban of the video may of decreased sales. Although it was only on Network Ten, a lot of people watched Video Hits as it is the main major non cable music television program in the country. I think it is pretty stupid what they chose to do. They have played Britney Spears "Womanizer" and all other raunchy videos like that and they didn't get banned. Even Rove wanted Gaga's clip on air and his show is on the same Network. At least LoveGame made the top five. I think it's close to FA standard. I was comparing it to the U2 article which was on the main page yesterday, and it's of a similar quality. I'd suggest using the best elements from that - simply because nobody can argue with the fact that it's recently been on the main page - and some others that are of a high standard. Janet Jackson is excellent, likewise Kate Bush, Michael Jackson. There are probably others that could be used as points of reference. Madonna is already better than some FA's such as Gwen Stefani and I think it's partly that the bar has been raised in the 2 years since the Stefani article was promoted.
