Kuki (久喜市, Kuki-shi) is a city located in Saitama, Japan.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 72,752 and the density of 2,869.90 persons per km². The total area is 25.35 km².
The city was founded on October 1, 1971.
A planned merger of municipalities into the new city of Kuki will be implemented on March 23, 2010. The municipalities include the current city of Kuki, Shōbu in Minami Saitama District and two in Kitakatsushika District: Kurihashi and Washimiya.[1]
