Biswanath Rath is an Indian film director, screenwriter, editor and producer. His films have received Awards and Recognitions in a total of 113 International Film Festivals. He is the founder of Production company BnR Films LLP.
His first short film Kar Bhalaa has garnered a total of 33 International Film Festivals nominations and two awards. His debut music video was Feel the passion. It has received 14 International Film Festival nominations. His English Documentary A Zero to Hero Collaborative Approach, released on World Food Day (2016)[3] received 'Audience Award' at AgriCulture Film Festival held at Rome (Italy) on 9th December 2017. Biswanath Rath was born in Jeypore[8]. He is an alumnus of Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Warangal. During 2007-2014, he worked in many Multi National Companys like Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Nissan Ashok Leyland Technologies Limited and Ford India Private Limited. He is a Post-Graduate in Screenwriting and Film Direction at Cheeseflicks, which is mentored by John E.[9]
In 2015, he founded film production company BnR Films LLP with his wife Archana Rath.
