Thank you for your feedback, actually this article I wrote is about my band and there is a page on Wikipedia in French that has been written by some people but the band mainly toured and was known outside of France (4 albums, up to 450 gigs, a song on a popular movie soundtrack). I am just trying to make it more relevant by having it in English. There is no promotion here (nothing to sale) just making it for people who are asking me about it. I understand the possible conflict of interest but I thought it would be more precise if I am doing this article by myself. I am just doing it to add knowledge. Could you review it once more please ? Thank you very much for your help.

Welcome to my talk page. This operates as a normal talk page: you write a message, I reply. After a while I tend to delete items that have been dealt with, such as notices, complaints and old issues. I do tend to keep nice things around for much longer, so keep that in mind.

A barnstar for you!

The Civility Barnstar
In addition to your excellent work on content, I am impressed by your very civil efforts to promote civility. Athough I don't know any magic that changes angry, aggressive editors into polite ones, thanks for being you. HouseOfChange (talk) 01:20, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Good editors like you are a benefit to others, as well as WP. Thanks and best wishes, Tribe of Tiger Let's Purrfect! 04:25, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The Barnstar of Fine Arts
I saw your name change and had a look on your user page at the long list of articles you have created. A barnstar for all your marvelous contributions to the Visual arts! Netherzone (talk) 16:23, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Nice new name!

Hello again! Nice new name—possibly the best I've seen in a while. I noticed the change and wanted to drop by to say Hi. Cheers! — UncleBubba T @ C ) 05:05, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! It is hilarious, isn't it? It pokes a hole in the idea of speaking "authoritatively", since every post concludes with .... Possibly (talk) 05:17, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
LOL! I hadn't thought of that. Excellent! On a serious note, though: you do an amazing job keeping the vandals and freeloading self-promoters at bay, and I wanted to say Thanks! Keep up the good work! — UncleBubba T @ C ) 19:07, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Possibly, I'll add my "nice name" too, it's great! It took me a little while to work out it was you, but I look forward to crossing paths with you under this new identity :) Cheers, Melcous (talk) 01:08, 10 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A beer for you!

Anthony Hayward - Author

From Anthony Hayward, author. I cannot understand why so much of my entry in Wikipedia has been deleted. The article was very factual, with precise and reliable sources. Apart from those facts, mentions of the content of some of the books is taken straight from the books. The list of literary and film festivals where I have been speaker or chair has been deleted, too. All of these changes have been made by you. No one has taken issue before. Please advise. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Profiles1 (talkcontribs) 13:58, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I'm just curious: when you write for the Guardian, do you allow those you are writing about to edit your article? It seems like you have been doing that here on Wikipedia for several years, in violation of our COI policy. Possibly (talk) 16:40, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Let me know if you want me to see about putting you in contact with someone at William & Mary, in case you'd like to do more work on the article - it's my alma mater. :-) I don't know that I have any contacts in the history department specifically, but I might be able to scrounge around and find someone. Funny thing - I read the articles about the former school building, and it's not actually a structure I know well; it's tucked off to one side at the back of Sorority Court, and I never had much call to go around there. I may have passed behind it once or twice on my way to class, but that's about it. Brown Hall, now, the site it used to occupy - that dorm I know reasonably well. Regardless, I intend to get a few pictures this fall when I'm down for Homecoming, assuming that we have one.

About Ann Wager: I, personally, do not think that an article would go amiss, I'm an avowed inclusionist - others might suggest instead that she should be wrapped into the article on the school. Regardless: the woman who portrays her is a grad student in W&M's American Studies program, and I have a Facebook friend (a former college classmate) who I believe used to teach in that department as well. So I can see about putting you in touch with her, if you want to pick her brain - no guarantees, though. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 16:31, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Ser Amantio di Nicolao: Thanks for the kind offer. I think I am pretty much done on that article and am going to leave to others. It's a good story. I agree on Ann Wager, but was curious as it's a bit borderline. Possibly (talk) 16:56, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Sure, any time - anything I can do to promote W&M. :-) By the by, I did take a few pictures of Sorority Court for Commons a couple of years ago, but I just checked - they're all from the other end, so there's no picture of the former school building there. No matter - as I say, I can get one the next time I'm there. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 17:03, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Ser Amantio di Nicolao: I went ahead and created Ann Wager, so have at it if you like. Possibly (talk) 19:01, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Looks good. I'll nose about a bit and see about adding a little more, and maybe will drop a line to my friend as well. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 20:02, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
If you can get them to upload a few pictures that would be really helpful. Unrelated, but here's a crazy 1930s picture of the house being moved down the street, towards the campus! Possibly (talk) 21:16, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Nice. Meantime, I did find this on Commons, which I took in 2018: Brown Hall, which is the dorm currently on the school building's original site. As to moving the school building, I have to say, I'm impressed they managed to fit it down Prince George Street, which really isn't that wide...thankfully it's a move of about a block, maybe a bit less. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 21:20, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
