Apple Pie

Dear KylieTasctic, even though it wasn't the nectarine pie like the previous times, I hope an apple pie thanks would mean a lot to you-Respectfully, User:SANCHO2398

Hello, I have added a new citaton for the page that I created. Can you please check to see if that works.

Thank you, Marco — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marcorubiocali (talkcontribs)

  • Hi Marcorubiocali you have not added any new citations since the last review. Although I get no response from spotoncalifornia.com, and veterinarian.news one is just a passing mention. It needs more to show notability. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 14:32, 25 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for getting back to me. I just added a few more. I hope that helps. Hello, I have added two more citations. I hope one of those will do the job. Thank you!

I dont undertand why you guys are not counting this as a news for him. His name is the headline of the news article. https://www.dailyherald.com/submitted/20210705/george-the-matchmaker-is-helping-the-animal-shelters-amp-you-should-too

Hello KylieTastic - Thank you for getting back to me. I was wnodering if you can re-edit the page and count The Daily Herald as a reliable source. Thank you! Hello, I have added a new citation to the page. Thank you!

  • Marcorubiocali news break is a terrible source and has been depreciated - see WP:RSPSOURCES. It just reads like PR, and no surprise the author is only listed as having this one piece. If he, as it states, is a "Famous model & matchmaker" then there should be other sources other than ones that revolve around this one story about him. As mnay of the 'sources' are very much PR, and this is your only editing this really is looking like you have an undisclosed Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. USA Business Declined while you live in UK.

You have declined a business article on the basis of references. Do you really think you know about the USA businesses systems ? About Our sources:
1. The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation is an American company that provides commercial data, analytics, and insights for businesses.Bank also give loan and other financial decisions with the help of dnb data.
2. OpenCorporates is a website that shares data on corporations under the copyleft Open Database License. and you think its is not reliable, wow what a knowledge you must be having but pretend to be mr. know at all.
3. Buzzfile is also advanced business databases.
Final words, stop messing with things that you do not understand and stop pretending that you know all things while having few useless badges on profiles which will terminate some day. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mosheh Levi (talkcontribs)

KylieTastic You want to say, dnb is not notable source, also all companies which make financial decisions on the basis of dnb report are wasting their money. My question was simply, do you really know how companies works in USA ? Dear KylieTastic Hopefully you will stop messing with USA business profiling and not give fake excuse by pretending that you know all things, after reading this wikipedia article. Dun & Bradstreet

  • Mosheh Levi try reading what is written rather than just asserting people have said or thought things you just imagined. I did not say that Dun & Bradstreet was not a notable source, I said it, along with the other references, are just basic listings of a companies existence. If you had read the Wikipedia notability guidelines before writing your article, or from the links on the decline notices on the article and your talk page, or when I linked above you would understand Wikipedia requires more than just the existence of a company and basic listings for an article to be accepted. Wikipedia also requires verifiable reliable sources, not that individual editors/reviewers/readers have personal knowledge. However, I am actually aware of Dun & Bradstreet etc, as many/most US reviewers are aware of Companies House - neither is rocket-science to understand and neither helps with the notability of a company. No place have I ever or would ever express that I "know all things", in fact all that I know is that I know very very little that can be known. I'm really not sure what the point of your statements were above, but if you want a second opinion(s) there are links on the decline notice to the AfC HelpDesk and live IRC help, or you can ask at the Wikipedia:Teahouse (for new editors) or the Wikipedia:Help desk. KylieTastic (talk) 19:52, 29 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Listen,KylieTastic, first you declined by saying all sources are not notable, now you are saying dnb is notable. please at least stand by your words. do you know according to Wikipedia:Notability one source is enough to be listed, and I wished you would have read this instead of giving lecture to others. and why I need to contact someone else ? it will be you who will be cleaning the mess you created.

  • Again just making things up: I did not say "all sources are not notable", and yes Dun & Bradstreet is notable hence they have an article. But the minimal profile they have listed, that I assume was just submitted via this by yourselves adds nothing to the notability of Draft:J Dot Media, Inc.. Yes in some cases one source is enough, but rarely. Things such as an accepted species of plant backed by a Plants of the World Online reference, but those sources usually contain other sources so are actually more than one. I have read Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) many times as I have been doing this for over 8 years... try reading the "in a nutshell" sections. Also see that another editor has added a comment pointing out the same as I have said. KylieTastic (talk) 08:12, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

KylieTastic You are trying to defend thing that you really dnt know. the title of my question was simple and you made it very complicated. About your authors, I know how these fake ranking system and monopoly of authors work for blackmailing people and then you people ask for money in the name of services. About your example, you are giving me a botany example while I am talking about legal business in USA. means you are comparing to incomparable things, this means how incompetent you are with no very little knowledge.

  • Almost all editors detest paid editing as an insult to the free open nature of Wikipedia and the time we freely volunteer, but in your case your safe as you could not pay any amount to make your company seem notable enough to not get deleted. If anyone offers to get you your desired Wikipedia article for money - do refuse and laugh in there face. As for the botany example is was just an example of when one source is valid, as there is no example of any company that that one source is enough. KylieTastic (talk) 19:49, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Mosheh Levi, this is uncalled for and unnecessary. As a member of this community and a fellow Wikipedia editor of both yourself and Kylie I urge you to not make comments like this. Kylie does a wonderful thing for Wikipedia by reviewing these articles to ensure the best possible information is there for readers but Kylie has to follow policy just like everyone else does and I, for one, am appreciative of their efforts. Please refrain from making personally disparaging remarks about another editor and focus on trying to work with others to see if, indeed, there is a solution forward. Making disparaging remarks breaks down our collaborative effort. Thank you. --ARoseWolf 20:04, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

editing

respected . its a humble request to you kindly help me to edit a topic on this platform سردارعامر (talk) 20:05, 2 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

respected sir its reliable even i have the judgement of supreme court of AJK it in English i want to send you kindly share me you email or my email address is sardar.amerkhan@outlook.com i will forward you the said copy for your kind knowledge سردارعامر (talk) 23:21, 3 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello سردارعامر sorry but people sending things by email is not a valid source as it is not verifiable by others (See WP:V). However as I said above English Wikipedia generally uses the commonly accepted name (See Wikipedia:COMMONNAME). I can only find 2 uses of "chotta gala lake" via google, which is odd if this case went to the supreme court. If no one is using a name it makes no sense to use it in an article as no one would link the name and the subject. Looking at official sites (.gov.pk) multiple refer to "Banjosa Lake": [1] [2] etc. Regards KylieTastic (talk) 08:31, 5 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Lesbian Island Article

Hello Kylie The Article is not promotion Explain please why do you think it is a promotion? which part is a promotion? I have added a lot of reliable sources — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cynthiasteel (talkcontribs) 13:23, 3 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Cynthiasteel the sources are mostly pure PR, looks like a selection from https://lesbian.is/press/. The extra sources are things like the app download page, a two page advert on academia.edu, etc. - Nothing independent. You are also in violation of your previous block when you first created this as User:CynthiaSteele - a block is for a person not an account. Finally you also did not declare your Conflict of interest per WP:DISCLOSE. I wish you well for your app but Wikipedia is not for promotion of your app, use social media for that. KylieTastic (talk) 13:40, 3 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello KylieTastic I am not cynthiasteele but Cynthiasteel So you admit that you delete the article for personal reason I know Jimmy Wales well and he is my friend on Twitter I will be happy to tell him about you — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cynthiasteel (talkcontribs) 13:45, 3 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Cynthiasteel no I did not delete for any "personal reason" how you got that from above I don't understand? I rejected and then flagged for deletion as it is just an advert with no independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). KylieTastic (talk) 13:50, 3 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reversion

Hi ,

I updated a page on ECA and it was reverted. Electrical Contractors Association

Why?

thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by ECALive (talkcontribs) 12:06, 6 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • ECALive as the notice I put on your talk page says please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest before editing - also note WP:DISCLOSE. Also much of the update was either unsourced or just back by primary sources (your own website). Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not your organisations website or social media. Also the content was written as non-neutral, which is why we very strongly discourage all WP:COI editing as subjects can rarely write neutral well sourced content. Sources should be independent (see: WP:INDY) and reliable (see: WP:RS). KylieTastic (talk) 12:15, 6 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Question regarding FAME Publish

Hi dear admin, I am very curious to know about the Draft:famepublish, why its being rejected every time. There is another magazine on Wikipedia with no active reference Indian Talent Magazine. Kindly approve it so that it can help more women talents in India. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2409:4053:2d17:8842::de0a:8f10 (talkcontribs)

  • Hi 2409:4053:2d17:8842::de0a:8f10 firstly all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). So Draft:famepublish is only judged per current guidelines - the other stuff exists argument almost never helps, and is much more likely to just point out other articles that need to be deleted. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for that, but note that for existing articles a WP:BEFORE check is required, where as at AfC it is the submitters responsibility to show notability. It was rejected as no there was no serious indication of notability. However as it stands: Ref-1 own website so not independent ; Ref-2 read more like PR, is short, and appears mostly to come from the subject; Ref-3 own content so not independent; Ref-4 own content so not independent; Ref-5 own content so not independent; Ref-6 own content so not independent; Ref-7 meaningless stat. Lastly it appears just to be another pay to self promote outlet "We charge only $25 to publish an article" and it's website looks like a joke with one article repeated 11 times on the front page that is apparently the lead story for "business", "entertainment", "lifestyle", "culture" and "sport". KylieTastic (talk) 22:03, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

First time I have collided with someone reviewing (oopsy). You got there first so I reverted mine from the draft and the editor's talk page. I think that should cover it but let me know if there is anything else I should do. Happy reviewing! :) S0091 (talk) 18:08, 8 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hey S0091 first time your lucky! I've been hitting a couple of clashes a week recently, but yes that's all I do if second just revert both and carry on looking for the diamonds in the shite ;) Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 18:12, 8 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

JMH aasaan moulana

may I know why you didn't approve this article he's a politician and a public figure with all his social media with blue tick you can also search for this and approve this article. Faisarmaan (talk) 13:57, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Faisarmaan I didn't accept it as I didn't review it, I just did a couple of trivial edits to tidy up. Yes as a politician they are notable, but the second source does not appear to contain them, also there is not source for them being the son of J. M. Aaroon Rashid. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 14:04, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

yeah got it thank you I will add relevant sources. Faisarmaan (talk) 14:19, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I created this article yesterday. It's based on a currently most noted topic of Nepal. Please help me publish it. I feel it worths publishile. Else, please react to the article. Both positive and negative review are welcomed. Well, User:Bada Kaji has already reviewed the page but gave no suggestions nor moved it to main space. I expect a response very soon! Regards!Unified star (talk) 02:58, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi Unified star sorry but to be fair to all submitters I don't review/re-review on request, I just pick new and old submissions at random, so it may or may not be myself who reviews it next. Although in general it looks notable (without reading the sources) but I wonder if it's needed as is it not covered in the history sections of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist) and Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist)? I've not come across similar situations so I'm not sure what the likely consensus would be. I would suggest asking for input from people with an interest in the subject such as on those article talk pages, or maybe Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Nepal, or lastly a more general forum that an individuals talk page such as the Wikipedia:Teahouse. My feeling is it will be one of those split opinions with some thinking it's needed and others that it is already covered. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 11:14, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@KylieTastic, Great of you! Actually, today is just my second day on wiki and I am delighted to find you. Unified star (talk) 12:31, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

John Hall (Playwrite) page

Hello, You recently turned down the page I collated for John Hall (Playwrite) citing not enough checkable sources. John Hall died in 2001, but his widow is still alive and has all of the paperwork and documents about his life. He was a minor playwrite, but not insignificant. He worked for the BBC, moved in circles with Albert Finney and Peter O'Toole, and had them in his plays. As he died in 2001, and much of his archive was sold to an American university, there isn't much about him on the web (though you can buy his book and find photographs of his productions on the the V&A website). I have put in all the verifiable references I could find. The article is scrupulously true. What else can I do? If the article is deleted, the man is deleted from the web, and his fifty year career, disappears. Thanks if you can help. Skylar. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SkylarWoodward (talkcontribs) 16:04, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi SkylarWoodward this is the trouble with Wikipedia as anyone can write content we do require sources for verification. Just earlier today I came across someone who had been writing well written hoaxes (articles now deleted and user blocked). However if you search I'm sure you can find some more sources, I just found one. Do note that reliable sources do not have to be online either if there are magazines/books/newspapers etc. Also if his papers are now in an American university collection that is worth adding, often the fact that a collection exists can still be sourced - is it this. So I would say add as many sources as you can and resubmit. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 16:23, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I can't believe you found the American archive! I will try my best to add as many sources as I can and resubmit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SkylarWoodward (talkcontribs) 16:35, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

on Ali Naderi Article

Hi Dear Kylie

First and foremost, I thank you for the time you took and your valuable review.

However, I have to note that the subject of the article, namely "Ali Naderi", is now appointed as the head of the IRNA news agency which is the official news agency of Iran.

It is a significant development in the Middle East region and worthy for many people in the region and the world to know about the person and his career.

Naderi is also among the top political figures of a certain political group in Iran, and he may some time in the future be elevated to a more senior job in the government or reversely becomes the subject of political ramifications based both on his performance or any change in the political environment and it is worth to have a record of him for the future.

Secondly, if we prevent the world community from knowing figures with influence on the information flow in Iran and the region, I think such decisions are on the contrary with the noble cause of the free flow of information that Wikipedia is among its flag-bearers.

Finally, I kindly ask you to re-review the article with a view to what I tried to illustrate here. Best regards, Ali — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ali.Alimardani61 (talkcontribs) 05:43, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi Ali.Alimardani61 all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). If what you say above is true then there should exist an extra source or two to show their notability. Also note that there are a number of statements made in the article without sources. See if you can find sources to address these issues add and resubmit. Regards KylieTastic (talk) 08:56, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Liberal Pride

Hi there,

Would you be able to assist me in highlighting what lines need citations for the liberal pride page? I was only able to find 2 sources from notable institutions. Jadamondo (talk) 00:06, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi Jadamondo all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). Look to see if you can find any such sources to show notability, but also note that most of the content is unsourced with both sources given applied to just a single statement. As for "what lines need citations", the answer is most - either the information came from a source or you have an undeclared WP:COI (See WP:DISCLOSE). However if as you say there are only those 2 sources then it may just be a case of WP:TOOSOON. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 10:27, 12 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Might be too soon, there is only the 2 sources from the age that would fit into those categories of RS. Would you agree with that? Jadamondo (talk) 02:38, 13 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi Jadamondo sounds likely - but there is no rush and you can come back and add sources later if/when they become available. All that is required to keep a draft alive is an edit every 6 months, and even then if deleted it's easy to get 'refunded'. There are some editors with thousands of drafts being worked on for over periods of years. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 18:22, 13 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Night Slashers X

hello, i have a bit of a problem, I discovered the game at the cited Ancient electronics article in 2019, & have been following the progress of this fangame since then.

the only reliable sources for it, them, are the project pages, that i found thanks to some youtube videos, & a mugen forum. there are also the project pages at chronocrash, but that would seem more like a promotion if it is cited directly

there is a lot of confusion about the versions out there & i have documented the ones that i have found to be mostly complete, & not just partial demos.

the project is interesting , & i would like to have it documented in wikipedia kind of like AM2R, it is always nice to see fan projects that enhance or re-interpret originals.

I don't know what else to use a citations or sources, since the creators of the games don't seem to have interviews or articles anywhere. Also , wikipedia is kind of hard to use when it comes to try and adding content
